We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel. Hotel is in a good location not far to walk to the main areas and just being off Avenida da Liberdade you have a pleasant walk by the high end shops or under the shade of the trees ( when it is hot). The rooms were clean and comfortable and we found all the staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice and the lady and gentleman who helped with the breakfast worked hard to clear tables , replenish the food and were so friendly. There is a little supermarket across from the hotel as well as a number of little restaurants in the nearby area. I would definitely choose to stay here again if returning to Lisbon. We also did a “free” walking tour ( Sandeman tours) which was excellent and we learned so much about Lisbon so it was ideal to do on our first day. Unfortunately not everyone gave the guide a tip ( which they rely on ).

Stayed here last week. Very comfortable bed and room was pleasant enough for our needs - we didnt spend much time in it as we were out exploring Lisbon Very slight traffic noise , but generally quiet given its location - its what you would expect - it didnt bother us. Breakfast buffet was excellent - a large variety of different options and lots of fresh produce and replenished regularly Very good value for money in my opinion and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. All the staff very helpful and courteous Back at work now in the cold and wish I was still in Lisbon!

The hotel was nice and clean , room was fine nice bathroom ,view was into other accommodation across the road. the breakfast was nice as much as you want lovely staff. We went with friends for 5 nights , weather in April was lovely hot all day and night. Problems with air conditioning on Thursday stated we will check it out,just left a card in electric slot all day whilst I was out room warm on return. Told them again Friday. Reception said the engineer doesn’t work the weekend and the the rest of the rooms are the same. No assistance whatsoever. We left a day early. As we had been hot and did not sleep at night because of the heat. Still charges for tax . And left. Pictures show sun beds not unless it’s on someone balcony. Not happy.

Lovely hotel in good location - easy to access public transport, and close to supermarkets and cafes. The staff were fantastic- friendly and helpful at all times, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. (loved the kids' bathroom gift packs!)

First we arrived and their was only one door letting in the draught, and mind you it was not the greatest weather, with some roads under water. Then after we got into the room and tried going back to the car to grab our suitcases, we found that the keycard had given up on its life. When we went to the front desk, they made us move the car from the decently sized parking spot in front, since it was 'needed for larger vehicles' than ours, even though it was left vacant for quite a long time. They told us to relocate the car into a parking lot with access on the side of the building, but the road leading there was one way, making us go 2 and a half kilometres out of our way in the pounding rain and in Lisbon's heavy traffic to put the car inside the garage. When we drove into the garage we found that we had to go 2 storeys down, where it was very deep, dark and narrow, and it had the ambience and vibe of a rabbit hole, with exposed pipes making it especially hard as I am 6 foot. Not the best first impression as this all happened within the span of 20 minutes. On the upside, the breakfast and the bed were good, but the bath was a bit narrow.
